To be completely honest, I didn’t even want to write this bio.
Yet it’s part of a process of being and becoming – a way to reach out and make a connection with those who might feel terrified, yet carry a quiet inner knowing that they need to live their life a little bit differently.
I prefer to lead with honesty and transparency, because I truly believe therapy works best when we can just be humans together, without any pretense. I believe that therapy isn’t about learning “how to do the right thing” or meeting someone else’s expectations – it’s about the courageous, sometimes terrifying work of simply being you.
